Yellow Taxi Tomato Soup with Goat’s Milk Yogurt

This is a great way to use your ripe tomatoes when you have an overabundance. It’s not cooked at all, so make sure the tomatoes are washed very well, and ripe but not damaged. I love it with Yellow Taxi tomatoes (a deep orangish yellow variety that is very sweet), but any color will work. Picked Dungeness crab meat also makes a delicious finishing touch instead of the yogurt.
