Manila Clams with Chistorra Chorizo, Hot Peppers and Parsley

This is a quick and easy one pot meal, serve with some toasted country bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with good olive oil. It’s extra special with Hama Hama baby clams if you can score some! These Calabrian hot red peppers in olive oil, are fantastic! Substitute fresh Thai red chiles, minced or good crushed red chiles flakes.
